Ben Wheeler headed up a Blue Ribbon Committee (BRC) of 12 Rotarians who met several times - both as a committee - and various sub-committees that met between BRC meetings. Ben did a nice job of presenting the Committee's recommendations at Thursday evening's meeting at The Shattuck. Good discussion followed the recommendations.
