May 9th message from the President

Hello fellow Rotarians,

 

This week we will have the Conant Interact Club giving their annual presentation. They will tell us about their year and their recent trip, their third, our first, to Nicaragua.  I can say their enthusiasm is contagious and we all need a little of it. We should give them our full support as we sponsored their club. 

 

This week we get to initiate Nicole Newell into our club.  It would be nice if we could all make the effort to give her a very cordial welcome and introduce yourself, if you haven’t already.

 

Next week we will be at Millipore.  Beside the breakfast, they will host an optional tour of their plant after the meeting so you are welcome to stay for that if you have the time.

 

Our speaker next week is the Superintendent of Schools for Jaffrey and Rindge, Ruben Duncan.  He spoke to our club when he first came to the SAU, but he now has a message that he is trying to get out to as many people as he can.

 

The week after next we will be at the Shattuck, our summer venue (for all but July)
