Hi Fellow Rotarians,

We meet at Franklin Pierce University this week for our Breakfast Meeting. Helene Rogers has the Invocation.

With Christmas just around the corner, the Club will be making a charitable donation to both Operation Santa (Rindge) and Santa's House (Jaffrey) at our Thursday meeting.  Representatives from both organizations who were contacted this week, according to Gail, are "delighted" that they will be receiving a donation from our Club.   Despite our "better" economy, it seems the need for toys and clothing for kids this year is greater than ever.

Looking ahead to our December 21st meeting (Woodbound Inn), the Conant High School Chorus will entertain us with a medley of seasonal tunes.  We will then be off until our first meeting in January at Woodbound on January 11th.

Steve Pelkey, Atlas Pyrovision Entertainment Group's CEO, will be our guest speaker Thursday -- should be quite interesting, given all the changes that have occurred since the renewal of pyrotechnical activity (i.e., fireworks) following the 2012 cancellation.

I shared this last week and will share it again -- looking to "give" someone a nice gift for the holidays?  Consider the "gift" of Rotary membership.  The first step is to ASK someone!

See you on Thursday!

Yours in Service,

bob
