Hi Fellow Rotarians,

We meet at Franklin Pierce University for our Breakfast Meeting this Thursday.  Jed Brummer has the invocation.

Many Rotarians in our Chapter serve in a number of other non-profit endeavors that benefit both or our towns.  Rotarians are pretty good at finding time, yet time, too, sometimes seems to evade us. The old saying, "If time has no beginning and time has no end, why are we always running out of it?" seems to be more appropriate than ever in our fast-paced world.  Our guest speaker, Paula Matthews, will focus us on some good tips as to how to better master our use of time during our Thursday meeting. With the holidays coming up, all the more timely (no pun intended)!

The Raffle Party and its success is something on which we can all be proud.  I anticipate that we will have a good report from the Party chair at our meeting.  Still a few loose ends to tie-up.  Look for a Letter to the Editor shortly that thanks those retailers and individuals that donated items for our silent and live auction.

David Tower has left for a warmer clime -- we look forward to his return in May.  Nice article on David's being honored appeared in the Ledger-Transcript this past week.  Now, is Owen looking for another roomie?

Thanksgiving is just around the corner.  There will be NO meeting next week on Thursday, November 23rd.  Our next meeting will be at FPU on November 30th.  Wherever Rotarians travel for Thanksgiving, safe travels and best wishes for great family gatherings.

A dusting of snow on Monadnock's bald head this morning -- a prelude of things to come!

Yours in Service,
