Hello Fellow Rotarians,
This week provides a respite as we will NOT meet due to the Columbus Day holiday. Sleep late!
Good to see a plethora of Rotarians at the Scarecrows on the Commons this past Saturday -- with some 180 scarecrows now positioned around the town, Stephanie Niemela's TEAM JAFFREY had a successful event. Even the rain held off! Thanks to all Rotarians who came down to help, whether raking, stapling, or stuffing!
Our semi-annual Roadside Clean-up is tentatively scheduled for Saturday morning, October 28th. More to follow insofar as confirming that date. Meanwhile, the Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, October 17th, at 7:30am at the Chamber of Commerce office.
Our Rotary Club will meet next week at Franklin Pierce University for Club Assembly (October 19th).
Enjoy the warm weather over the next few days... but Fall temperatures will soon arrive!
