Hi Fellow Rotarians,

We meet this Thursday, March 28th, for Breakfast at 7:15am at Franklin Pierce University.  Jon Frederick has the Invocation.

The "Four-Way Test" is well-known to Rotarians.  To our Interactors, they are also learning to embrace these important questions relative to decision-making.  For the past five weeks, I have been working with these students to help them craft their public speaking skills in preparation for competing in the "Four-Way Test" speaking competition, which culminates at our District Meeting in early May.

To this end, four students - Bailey Wanke-Brewer, Maria Anton, Ayden Faircloth, and Jenna Haney - will present their 5-7 minute speeches at our Breakfast Meeting on Thursday.  A panel of our Rotarian judges will determine who will advance to the Semi-finals in Henniker on Saturday, April 6th.  Each student will be recognized at the end of our meeting and a winner will be announced.  Come listen to how they apply the "Four-Way Test" to what is happening in our world.

Roadside Clean-up is coming up shortly.  Mike Shea will surely be in touch.  Who will win the "highly-coveted" Yukon Jack award this Spring?

Rotary is helping to staff the Community Supper team for this Thursday's American Chop Suey dinner.  If you can volunteer - even for one hour - from 4pm to 7:30pm, please let me know.  Along with Rotarians and a few Interactors, the Knights of Columbus from St. Patrick's Church will also be on hand to help out.

See you Thursday -- let's support our Interactors as they compete!

Yours in Service,

bob
