Hi Fellow Rotarians,
There will be no meeting of the Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club this Thursday due to the Labor Day holiday. While we all look at this weekend as a time to relax and end the summer with a bang, it is important to remember all of the Americans who work so hard to assure we maintain our quality of life in this great country of ours.
Really enjoyed the update on Moritz, our exchange student from Germany. He sounds like he will acclimate to Rindge quickly, and John and I cannot wait to have the opportunity for him to join us at one of our upcoming Rotary meetings.
Susan Ashworth did a great job of highlighting the "Meals on Wheels" program last week, and how folks in Jaffrey and Rindge benefit from this incredible program.
Our next meeting will be September 14th at Franklin Pierce University, and our Board of Directors' meeting will be held on September 13th at the Jaffrey Chamber of Commerce office.
Hope you all have a safe week off; John and I look forward to seeing you all on the 14th of September.
