Dear Rotarians,
This is a changing world: we must be prepared to change with it.
The story of Rotary will have to be written again and again.
Paul Harris
The Jaffrey-Rindge Rotary Club will meet on Thursday, September 3rd, at 7:15am at Franklin Pierce University. Jon Frederick has the Invocation for Thursday's meeting.
Our SPECIAL GUEST this week will be our District Governor, Ruth Clough. This is a very important meeting for Jaffrey-Rindge Rotarians. A strong turnout shows our district leader the dedication and energy of our members. Ruth will share exciting updates about Rotary's impact and goals for the year. Your presence makes our club strong and vibrant.
Thank you, Dr. Marc Winiecki, Monad Doc Health Direct, for being our speaker at last week's meeting. It was interesting to hear all about Prolotherapy Treatment, which is an alternative injection designed to relieve chronic joint, ligament, and tendon pain by triggering a controlled local inflammatory response. I am excited to have this available in the Jaffrey area.
I will follow up shortly with details on how we can support the people in Nepal who have been devestated by the recent floods.
Please note that there will be no meeting on the following Thursday, September 10th, due to the Labor Day holiday.
Our next Board Meeting will be Wednesday, September 9th, at noon at the Jaffrey Chamber of Commerce office.
Our next meeting on September 17th will be at the University at 7:15am. This will be a Club Assembly, and we will have discussions on our committees and requesting that Rotarians join a committee of their choosing.
Yours in Service,
Donna Senechal - President
